Beefbar is already renowned throughout the globe as a 'temple of meat of exception' with venues in Monaco, Hong Kong (Michelin star in 2017), Mexico City, Dubai, Cannes, Mykonos and Budapest, but this is for now its first and only address in Paris. The venue has been a massive success with Paris's elite set since swing open its doors in 2018. And it is clear to see the attraction - delicious cuisine, grandiose settings, and a first-rate following.
There are really no wrong options when it comes to ordering at Beefbar (well, apart from maybe ordering fish in the temple of meat... but then again it is also excellently prepared). Neverthless, there are a few house specialties such as the carpaccio sashimi made with crispy Angus beef fillet, sweet wasabi cream; and the delectable Wagyu steak (signature, 250g), Côte de bœuf, (1200g, for two).
