There is a long list of starters and mains to choose from but we do have our favourites. Do try the 'Pasticettu di risu' Corsican rice cakes, tomato sauce with green olives, 'Axoa' French farmhouse veal stew, tomato and Espelette pepper or the comforting 'Boeuf sauce marchand de vin' (Beef wine merchant sauce) Beef steak Aubrac matured topped with wine merchant sauce and accompanied with muslin potatoes.
