Born from the different cuisine habits and tastes of the North and South, via the innovative duo of Catherine (North of France) and Matthias (from the South), come this wonderful address which invites you to discover the best dishes across all regions. 

There is a long list of starters and mains to choose from but we do have our favourites. Do try the 'Pasticettu di risu' Corsican rice cakes, tomato sauce with green olives, 'Axoa' French farmhouse veal stew, tomato and Espelette pepper or the comforting 'Boeuf sauce marchand de vin' (Beef wine merchant sauce) Beef steak Aubrac matured topped with wine merchant sauce and accompanied with muslin potatoes. 

The wine list, much like the fares also represent the best of France, still some pair better with certain fares than others, so do make sure to ask Catherine or Matthias for their knowledgeable help.
