Stylist Simon Porte Jacquemus and Caviar Kaspia have gathered forces to open this beautiful and unique Mediterranean restaurant designed like a southern coast village square. We love the tasteful decor of ceramic jars, lemon trees and light wood furniture that creates a zen ambiance reminiscent of the best summer holidays.
The menu features the best from the Mediterranean including pickled vegetables and fresh sardines, creamy burrata di bufala served with beef heart tomatoes as in Italy, tarama and crispy toasts as in Mykonos, as well as pissaladière (Marseille).
All products are fresh and carefully selected, including breads from Healthy bakery by Anthony Courteille, fruits and vegetables from Vergers St Eustache, and sweet from Stohrer, the oldest pastry shop in Paris.
If U have a sweet tooth, do be sure to try the revisited lemon in trompe-l'œil, dotted here with daisies "whose style and taste will evolve over the seasons' from the famous pastry chef of the Meurice, Cédric Grolet.
All the holiday delights and atmosphere under one roof, who can ask for more?
