Casa Tua in Miami's South Beach (there's also an Aspen outpost) is now world famous for serving upscale yet approachable Northern Italian fare.
The menu, by the Miami original, features sophisticated yet simple dishes such as; steak tartare with nest of fresh farm egg, tuna tartare with dollop of caviar, homemade burata with tomatoes, Tagliolini topped with caviar and crème fraiche and popular whole Branzino deboned tableside.
Keeping true to it's Casa Tua formula the Parisian outpost also features the intimate dining experience that the brand is renowned for - complete with a low-key, dimly lit vibe and a Mediterranean-beach-house setting.
Housed within J.K. Place Paris, the boho-luxe boutique hotel on on the Left Bank near Boulevard Saint Germain, this is an address that shouldn't be missed.
