Once a grandiose train station, La Gare was transformed into a restaurant in the 1990s and is one of the most unique gastronomic locations in the city. Unfortunately over time the address was starting to show it's age. Enter - renowned Moma Group and designer Laura Gonzalez. 

Through the guideful eye of the group and Gonzalez impeccable taste, the venue has now been converted into an elegant beauty while still retaining the charm of its time. Now under new owners, design and new talented chef Gastón Acurio the address is one of the hottest dining spots in the city. 

We love the exotic setting and the inspired fusion cuisine compliments of the Peruvian chef's travels and inspirations. The trains may no longer be taking you to and from La Gare, but the cuisine transports you from Asia, to the Americas, to the Mediterranean with flawless ease. Sushi, bao burgers, tapas anyone?
